Job Description:
ROLE OVERVIEW / SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced Digital Sales Specialist in the UK to complement our DEXIS Diagnostics sales team in the UK, Ireland, and Israel Region. He / she plays a crucial role in the successful commercialization of the DEXIS Diagnostics products and directly contributes to the growth ambitions in Europe. In close alignment with DEXIS Diagnostics UK Sales manager, local Marketing Managers, and the Regional Leader, the Digital Sales Specialist draws on his / her deep expertise in the digital workflows offered by the DEXIS Diagnostics hardware and software solutions, to drive and enable sell-out through DEXIS Diagnostics distributors.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Is responsible for performing field training, product presentation to Strategic Partners, Dental Labs, Enterprise Partners, and Dentists in an account-based management environment.
2. Train and co-travel with sales teams of DEXIS Diagnostics distributors, enabling them to successfully demonstrate and drive sell-out of the DEXIS Diagnostics solutions amongst dentists and dental care providers.
3. Build strong, long-lasting, trusted relationships with DEXIS Diagnostics distributors sales teams.
4. Collaborate closely with local Marketing Managers and Digital Marketing to identify and execute demand and lead-generation activities.
5. Either on behalf of DEXIS Diagnostics directly, or of DEXIS Diagnostics distributors, conduct end-user facing events, including tradeshows, trainings, workshops, and webinars, generating sales leads and opportunities.
6. Proactively follow up with existing sales opportunities in the DEXIS Diagnostics sales funnel, supporting distributors in securing sales conversions.
7. Support DEXIS Diagnostics distributors in their post-sales end-user training duties, as needed.
8. Participate in business development activities with strategic accounts, both distributors and end-users (e.g., DSOs), providing applicative expertise.
9. Log activities in the CRM system and provide reports / forecasts, as needed.
10. Work closely with the local Sales Management and Business OPS to achieve and surpass established profitable annual sales goals.
11. Collaborate with Global Product Management Teams on obtaining customer feedback for existing products or voice-of-customer for new product developments and launches.
Job Requirements:
1. Sales experience in the Dental equipment field, preferably dental diagnostics: imaging, IOS.
2. Technical experience is a must.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Strong sales skills.
5. Proficient use of MS Office; MS Dynamics is an advantage.
6. Fluent in English, other languages are a plus.
7. Field-based role, with ability to travel (up to 50% domestic and abroad).
