Our client is a leading multinational technology company looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team - Contract
This role will form part of a team providing administrative support for the EMEA Digital Sales for Enterprise organisation to ensure the smooth day to day operation and organisation of the team. Current organisation size is 136 with people based in Ireland, UK, Germany, Italy, Sweden, Israel and Holland .
The team works across all levels of the comapnies organisation from senior executive to individual contributor level, both in Dublin and other locations. Currently everyone is working to a hybrid working model post-COVID.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Event Management & Logistics: Customer, partner and internal company executive visits, All Hands, training, morale and other large business meeting and events.
2. IT Equipment Management and Support: Management and distribution of devices and peripherals, maintenance of inventory records and distribution of office equipment.
3. Budget Management & Purchasing: Payment and reconciliation management arising from day-to-day team activities.
4. General Queries: Point of contact for general queries about the campus or how to get things done at the company.
5. Director Support: Travel, expenses and some calendar, meeting organisation
6. support, including presentations with ad hoc Leadership Team support (Travel & Expenses).
7. Onboarding: Setup of new hires, maintenance of org charts, Company Teams sites and email distribution lists.
Skills/Experience:
8. This person must have demonstrated that they are near expert level in Microsoft Office platform programs - especially in Outlook (extremely high level of calendaring) and Excel.

19. Knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows is required; MCAS qualification desirable.
