Title: HR Generalist - PERMANENT part time
Reporting to: CEO
Duties:
1. Coach, support, mentor and challenge Managers and Supervisors in the application of HR policies and practices, ensuring compliance at all times.
2. Maintain HR systems, files, databases, and training records.
3. Assist with investigation of complaints and concerns in a thorough, fair, objective manner.
4. Keep abreast of changes/updates to employment legislation.
5. Update and maintain HR policies when required.
6. Manage and drive the training system ensuring all training paperwork is issued and completed in a timely manner.
7. Recruitment, selection, and induction of all new employees.
8. HR Reporting.
Ideal Candidate:
1. Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
2. 3 – 4 years experience in administration.
3. Experience working in a manufacturing environment would be an advantage.
4. Ability to interface effectively and confidently at all levels of the organisation.
5. Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
