We are looking for a creative thinker who can generate fresh, eye-catching ideas that not only capture attention but also significantly boost sales conversion rates.
As a Conversion Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for the strategy, execution, management, optimization, and performance of late funnel phase integrated campaigns focused on significant product launches and high-priority business initiatives. You will be a key partner in building and implementing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy that effectively engages audiences who have shown clear intent and are primed to connect with our sales team.
This role demands close collaboration across various marketing functions, including Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, Lifecycle, Growth Marketing, Content Marketing, Strategy & Operations, Country Marketing, and Data Science. Your efforts will be crucial in delivering a world-class customer experience that drives conversions for our targeted acquisition audiences.
Responsibilities:
* Plan, design, and execute targeted campaigns specifically for acquisition audiences who have shown intent, with a focus on driving sales conversations.
* Collaborate extensively with multiple marketing teams (e.g., Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Content Marketing) to ensure a cohesive and impactful campaign strategy.
* Develop and implement innovative and eye-catching campaign concepts and tactics designed to maximize sales conversion rates.
* Rigorously test and continuously optimize current campaigns and channels to improve performance and ROI.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to develop compelling messaging and creative assets that resonate with intent-driven audiences.
* Analyze large datasets (qualitative and quantitative) to identify key opportunities, audience insights, and areas for optimization within the acquisition funnel.
* Monitor and report on campaign progress, key performance indicators (KPIs), and conversion metrics on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
* Manage vendor relationships to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of campaign assets and execution.
* Understand, evaluate, and collaborate with global markets to adapt and execute campaigns effectively in different regions.
* Develop a deep understanding of our target acquisition audiences, the product suite, and effective strategies for driving sales engagement and conversion.
* Create highly segmented campaigns tailored to specific audience behaviors and intent signals.
You:
You are a highly analytical and results-oriented campaign manager with a proven track record of developing and executing data-driven strategies. You possess significant experience working with multiple marketing teams to achieve shared goals, particularly in the context of bringing major product launches to market. Your expertise lies in identifying and leveraging key audience segmentations and personas to deliver highly personalized and effective campaigns that drive sales conversion. You have a knack for reaching the right audience at the right time through the most effective channels. You are passionate about experimentation, with extensive experience designing and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests. You are an innovative and resourceful problem-solver who executes quickly and prioritizes effectively to focus on high-impact opportunities. You are an exceptional collaborator who builds strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
The ideal candidate has:
* 5+ years of experience in campaign strategy and execution, specifically targeting enterprise B2B audiences, with a strong focus on acquisition and conversion.
* Demonstrated experience successfully collaborating with multiple marketing teams (e.g., Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, Sales Enablement) on integrated campaigns and product launches.
* Proven ability to develop and implement innovative and eye-catching marketing ideas that drive sales conversion.
* Strong track record of driving customer demand, growth, and, most importantly, sales engagement and conversion.
* Proven expertise in audience segmentation and targeting strategies, particularly for audiences showing intent.
* Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage complex projects and deadlines.
* Extremely strong collaboration and communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively across various Marketing teams, Client Success, Sales, Product, and Data Science.
* Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a dynamic and sometimes unstructured environment.
* Strong analytical skills with a passion for testing, measuring results, and leveraging data to optimize campaign performance and conversion rates.
