Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced L1/2 IT Support Engineer to join our team on a permanent basis. Our company has been operating for over 200 years and is currently undergoing a period of expansion.

Main Responsibilities:
* Carry out standard PC tech duties, data recovery, and user admin (passwords, new users etc.)
* Provide first-level support of VoIP phone systems
* Apply security access for new/existing users on Domain and application systems
* Assist with Wi-Fi issues or other LAN/WAN tasks
* Support Systems Administrators/IT managers with new software installations
* Manage the IT knowledge base, logging issue types and resolutions
* Assist in the production/review of IT project documentation and Standard Operating Procedures
* Monitor vendor logs and SLAs requiring IT staff/end-user response
* Help ensure adherence to all company IT SOPs
* Swap out/replace/install local IT hardware
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 1-2 years' experience in Helpdesk Support or an Administration position
* Certification relevant to an IT support role (e.g. Comptia A+, Cisco, ITIL, Microsoft)
* Experience with Microsoft Applications (MS Office / 365, MS Teams)
* Experience with Windows Server / Operating Systems Support
* Experience with File Server / Print Management
* Experience with Active Directory / Azure AD / Group Policy / Exchange 2016 / Exchange Online
* Experience with Applications Support (TeamViewer, Nitro, Adobe Suite, LogMeIn)
* Some experience with End Point Security (MS Bitlocker, Symantec AV)
* Good level of competency with Laptop Hardware Management
