VANRATH is proud to partner with a well-established commercial vehicle company in Northern Ireland, seeking a Client Support Representative to enhance their customer service team.
Main Duties
* Act as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering a friendly and professional service.
* Oversee and update service schedules, ensuring timely reminders are issued.
* Keep customer and vehicle records accurate and up-to-date.
* Coordinate PSV appointments efficiently.
* Generate and distribute job cards for the workshop, track vehicle progress, and assist with invoicing.
* Manage outbound sales and customer service calls to maintain strong client relationships.
* Create and promote maintenance contract proposals.
* Work closely with the Workshop Supervisor to optimize planning and ensure profitability.
* Notify customers of any additional services required, providing detailed quotations for approval.
* Explain completed work to customers and arrange vehicle collection or delivery.
Candidate Profile
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role within a similar industry.
* Proven ability to provide outstanding customer support.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
* A valid full UK driving license.
