The community residential service provides community-based residential supports for people with an intellectual disability and complex needs. These are permanent positions based in Limerick and Roscrea. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing the service area in an effective manner ensuring the highest standards of supports are provided and promoted across all settings. A key aspect of the role is maintaining and developing the Service's strategic direction, continuation of the culture and ethos of the service, whilst ensuring delivery of high-quality care. Reporting to the ACEO, the successful candidates must be able to demonstrate the necessary leadership and management skills required for these roles. Essential requirements: A recognised healthcare qualification in the area of nursing or core multi-disciplinary profession Hold a qualification in recognised management programme Non EU candidates must hold a stamp 4: permission to work in Ireland Full clean driving licence Experience A minimum of 5 years relevant experience working in a comparable organisation. Have wide nursing or clinical experience with proven leadership and management qualities. Have demonstrable track record of leading teams A thorough and solid knowledge and understanding of HIQA Regulations and New Directions.
