About the Role
As an Inside Sales Representative at ZeroMission, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead Generation & Qualification:
o Able to adhere to targets set.
o Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.
* Sales Process Management:
o Manage and update the sales pipeline in HubSpot CRM, ensuring all activities are logged and information is accurate.
o Schedule and conduct virtual meetings or demos with prospects to present our solutions.
o Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for closing deals and achieving sales targets.
* Customer Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
o Follow up with leads and customers regularly to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
o Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the existing customer base.
* Reporting & Analysis:
o Use HubSpot's reporting tools to monitor sales metrics and performance.
o Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on progress towards sales targets.
o Analyze sales data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
* Collaboration:
o Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns.
o Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness to improve overall sales outcomes.
o Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and product knowledge updates.
About You
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* Proven experience in an inside sales role, preferably in a B2B environment.
* A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred, but not required.
* Proficiency in using HubSpot CRM for managing sales processes and tracking performance.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary between €60,000 - €75,000 OTE, depending on experience, and a flexible working arrangement that allows you to balance your work and personal life.
