Responsibilities:
1. Technical support with Brother Managed Print Service.
2. Provide technical support from a Service perspective.
3. Assist in the remote installation of devices on a managed print system.
4. Responsible for coordinating multiple site installations of printers and multi-functional printers for MPS (Managed Print Service).
5. Work closely with the sales team to provide pre-sale support, including technical consultations and solution recommendations.
6. Participate in ongoing training on new products and services/solutions.
7. Monitor, respond & reply to email queries from customers and dealers.
8. Provide technical assistance and support to fellow staff members.
9. Troubleshoot and assist with local technical issues, escalate and log tickets.
10. Close liaison with IT with ongoing developments.
Requirements:
1. Understanding of networks and network infrastructure.
2. Proven experience in providing support and assistance.
3. Experience with printers and multifunctional devices.
4. Familiarity with managed print systems and remote installation processes.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments.
7. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
8. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CCNA) are an advantage.
