Job Title: Project Site Manager
Location: 50% in Central and 50% Project Site. Duration: 12 Months (Fixed-Term Contract). Reports to: Chief Operating & Technical Officers.
About the Job:
The Project Site Manager will oversee the safe, timely, and high-quality delivery of a large-scale modular construction project focused on data centres and high-voltage systems.
Main Responsibilities:
* Project Lifecycle Management: Lead the project from design phase through fabrication and construction.
* Design Collaboration: Collaborate with design engineers and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications align with client expectations.
* Safety Management: Work closely with the EHS Manager to promote and enforce safety standards across all aspects of the project.
* Quality Assurance: Partner with the QA Manager to establish and maintain quality control processes.
* Team Leadership: Directly oversee the EHS, QA, and PM teams, along with the Fabrication and Electrical Supervisors.
* Budget and Resource Management: Monitor and manage project budgets in collaboration with the Project Manager.
Requirements:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
* Experience: Proven experience managing large-scale modular construction projects, particularly in data centers or high-voltage environments.
* Leadership: Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
