Executive Recruiter - Sales - FMCG - focusing on Food & Beverages and Retail
Working for a leading Food Manufacturer in Ireland which was established over 80 years ago. Due to their continued success and growth, they are now looking for an experienced Business Development Manager / Field Sales Executive to drive growth in the Irish food service sector.
About Your Field Sales Job
* Field sales role covering all of Ireland but mainly focusing Leinster.
* You will take ownership of the P&L and drive commercial strategy.
* Develop and execute a commercial strategy aligned with company objectives to drive revenue and market expansion.
* Identify and prioritize new business opportunities, including customer segments, pricing strategies, distribution channels, and product innovations.
* Build and nurture high-trust relationships with key customers to optimize partnerships and secure long-term business.
* Create and manage budgets, analyze financial performance, and set clear KPIs to achieve revenue and profit targets.
* Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to develop data-driven strategies.
What Skills You Need for this Field Sales Job
* Proven experience in business development and sales within the Fresh Food Industry.
* Strong understanding of food service distribution in Ireland, with established relationships in the industry.
* Strong commercial acumen with expertise in sales, negotiation, and business strategy.
* Experience managing P&L, budgeting, and KPI tracking.
* Full Driving Licence.
