About the role Mott MacDonald's UK and Ireland water business is the centre of excellence for responding to water and wastewater challenges, offering fantastic opportunities in diverse and technically complex projects.

We deliver a wide variety of engineering and advisory projects helping address the demands faced by the sector today.
We have ambitious growth plans and need talented civil engineers with a background in water and wastewater who will thrive:
Working across multiple UK and Ireland water companies.
Being part of multi-disciplinary design teams in project delivery.
Preparing design submissions to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
Undertaking studies, concept, preliminary and detailed design.
Collaborating with clients and other stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements:
Chartered or near chartered status (Engineers Ireland or equivalent)Water and/or wastewater engineering design experience;Excellent verbal and written communication skills;Understanding of the importance of prioritising health, safety, and environmental issues;Proactive approach, with an ability to adapt to changing scenarios.
Project Management experience is not essential but previous experience or a desire to develop these skills would be beneficial.
