Job Summary:
The successful candidate will provide a premium, 5-star service to clients, working closely with IT, Catering, and Facilities to ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome and assist clients with professionalism and warmth
* Manage a high volume of telephone calls effectively
* Coordinate internal meeting room bookings, including catering arrangements
* Book taxis and issue swipe cards as needed
* Handle a range of administrative tasks and respond to queries promptly
Requirements:
* Highly professional, reliable, and energetic individual with a focus on delivering exceptional results
* Thrives in a busy environment, able to multitask, prioritise, and remain calm under pressure
* Engaging, confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
* Organised, proactive, and capable of working independently
* Minimum of two years' experience in a corporate environment, with a passion for being part of a team
* Dependable, adaptable, and willing to work shifts (between 7:45 am and 6:30 pm)
* Understands and values the importance of confidentiality in their role
