Job Description:
The Global Head of Health Data Analytics & Operations Reporting - Allianz Partners Health determines the long-term strategic goals for Operational analytics and reporting. The incumbent shall ensure business growth and enhance operational decision making through directing and managing the flow of operational data activities and ensure these are delivered in accordance with the organization's strategy, working closely with the Regional Head of Operations and the other Operations functional leaders.
Responsibilities:
Requirements:
1. Educated at least to 3rd level degree level, Masters preferred.
2. At least five years of relevant commercial experience, including leading a complex, technical department.
3. While experience of the health TPA / international private medical insurance market would be an advantage, neither is a prerequisite. Of most importance is data skillset and prior experience of leading a diverse data function.
