Stryker Manufacturing Operator
Job Summary
A manufacturing operator will process and/or fit together parts to form complete units or sub-assemblies at a bench work station under general supervision.
Key Responsibilities
1. Produce and/or package high quality surgical products within a team environment, adhering to standard operating procedures.
2. Inspect components using precision measuring equipment to ensure they meet engineering specifications.
3. Maintain production records and maintenance logs.
4. Ensure a high standard of housekeeping.
5. Adhere to all Health and Safety procedures and requirements.
6. Conduct final inspections of finished goods and review DHRs.
Requirements
A minimum of secondary education is required. The ability to follow detailed instructions and complete accurate documentation is essential, as well as basic mathematics and good English skills.
Preferably, the candidate should have at least 9 months of experience in a manufacturing environment.
