The Brothers of Charity Services in Ireland provide a variety of services and supports to over 6,500 people with an intellectual disability or autism, and their families, throughout Counties Clare, Cork, Galway, Kerry, Kilkenny, Limerick, Roscommon, Tipperary, Wexford, and Waterford. The supports include residential, respite, day, host families, home-based, and multidisciplinary services, provided by nearly 6,000 staff with a variety of professional backgrounds and experience.
DescriptionRole Description: As a leader of the team, the post holder will ensure that the interests of each person supported are paramount in discussions. Emphasis will be on forming a team approach involving the person supported, families, key workers, advocates, and staff, including day services, on all relevant issues. Working towards community integration and ensuring a quality service is provided to all who use the service are essential parts of the role.

Remuneration: (Basic Instructor Pay Scale):
Salary Scale (Pro-rata) €54,157 - €63,245 per annum basic before premium pay (pro-rata), commensurate with qualifications and experience.
