We require a Chef de Partie for our award-winning restaurant.
The role involves performing many basic tasks of food preparation and organization in the kitchen. You will be working in a busy kitchen, doing food preparation, vegetable chopping, kitchen maintenance, and general cleaning, and help to run the starter sections.
These tasks are vital to the successful operation of the kitchen.
You will assist the Head Chef and maintain high standards of health and safety.
Effective communication with other members of the kitchen staff is important, along with good team spirit.
Applicants must have:
* English language proficiency.
* Appropriate experience.
* Legal eligibility to work in the EU.
* HACCP knowledge.
* References essential.
