Job Title: Housekeeping and Accommodation Supervisor
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Full-Time Housekeeping Supervisor to join our growing team at Kilkea Castle.

Key Responsibilities
* To assist the housekeeping manager in day-to-day management of the housekeeping department.
* To assign the team their duties and inspect work to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
* To ensure all staff have full knowledge of events, functions, or group arrivals at the hotel.
* To ensure stock levels in accommodation and housekeeping trolleys are always adhered to in relation to linen, cleaning chemicals, guest supplies, etc.
* To report any lost and found property and maintenance issues to the relevant manager.
* To ensure that reasonable care is taken for the health & safety of yourself, other employees, guests, and other persons on the premises.
* To liaise with different departments to ensure any special requests are adhered to in the guest bedrooms.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a housekeeping role.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisor role preferred.
* A valid work permit for a minimum of 12 months is required.
* Must be reliable, punctual, and flexible with shifts.
* Must have excellent communication skills and be a team player.
* Must be able to take instruction effectively.
* Must be able to work as part of a team to achieve high standards required.
