Job Description:
The successful Deli Supervisor will be responsible for leading the team in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards of product quality, safety, and hygiene.
Main Responsibilities:
* Ensure all HACCP and food safety standards are met, with up-to-date documentation
* Manage stock and waste control of deli products, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve standards
* Supervise employees in duties such as cooking, serving, packaging, and operating counters
* Deal with customer queries to the highest possible standards
* Foster a positive atmosphere of customer service and teamwork within the deli area
* Complete administrative tasks and assist in inventory and sales budget preparation
Requirements:
* Previous fresh food or deli management experience
* Food Safety and Hygiene HACCP course complete
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Self-motivated and enthusiastic with high confidence
* Strong work ethic and professionalism
* Flexibility in working hours and availability
