Almotech is currently seeking applications for the role of Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership:
1. Develop and execute the company’s technology roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
2. Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to drive innovation across Almotech's ecosystem.
2. Team Management:
1. Build, lead, and mentor Almotech's high-performing engineering team.
2. Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation within the engineering department.
3. Product Development:
1. Oversee the design, development, and deployment of Almotech's technology platforms, systems, and software.
2. Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of technology solutions.
4. Collaboration:
1. Partner with Almotech's leadership to align technology initiatives with business goals.
2. Work closely with content creation, operations and other teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
5. Risk and Compliance:
1. Ensure compliance with retail industry regulations and standards.
2. Manage cybersecurity risks and safeguard data for Almotech and its customer base.
Qualifications and Key Attributes
1. Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role.
2. Extensive knowledge of software development life cycle best practices, system architecture and IT infrastructure.
3. Understanding of cybersecurity, data privacy, and compliance requirements.
4. Demonstrated ability to scale technology operations in a high-growth environment.
5. Experience with full stack development.
6. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
7. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
8. Collaborative and team-oriented leadership style.
9. Fluent English.
