The Panel is currently engaged to source a Private Assets Fund Operations Supervisor on behalf of a reputable Investment Management entity in Dublin city centre on a permanent basis In this role you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day financial activities of newly created CSSF-regulated or Lux-domiciled unregulated funds managed that will be a valued by a Finance team member.
Responsibilities Assist in building the fund accounting and financial reporting processes for the newly created CSSF-regulated or Lux-domiciled unregulated funds.
Assist with internal oversight of the fund administrator - overseeing and reviewing fund accounting deliverables, including valuations and financial statements associated with fund reporting close periods.
Assist with preparing semi-annual financials with the fund's external administrator.
Provide oversight over cash reconciliations and variance resolutions, managing all communication with the third-party administrator.
Maintain and oversee expense processing and budgets for funds.
Liaise with internal teams such as Global Client Solutions, Client Services, Compliance, Legal, Tax, deal teams, etc., to manage and review the fund administrator's output deliverables.
Assist with internal quarterly reporting of Funds' asset and revenue figures.
Requirements The successful candidate will have at least 3-7 years of relevant financial experience.
In addition, experience in the below areas of expertise would be beneficial: Experience with open-end funds and private asset investments.
Experience working with external service providers, particularly fund administrators.
Experience in public/private fund accounting, closing, and reporting processes.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
Candidate with an Accounting qualification will be highly considered.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
