DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
Develop systems to improve efficiency and performance.
Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team to meet targets.
Recruit and hire new talent as needed.
Adapt leadership style to client needs and strategies.
Ensure team alignment with client offerings across EMEA regions.
Foster a high-performance, collaborative team culture.
Oversee daily operations and manage performance, scheduling, and evaluations.
Collaborate with sales operations, QA, and training teams.
Drive sales growth through data analysis and strategic recommendations.
Support clients with technical integrations and provide ongoing assistance.
REQUIREMENTS:
Native or fluent in English(C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
Additional fluency in French, Italian, or Spanish would be considered a plus.
4+ years of experience in account management, partner support, technical support, customer experience, customer success, or sales.
At least 1 year of experience in a leadership, coaching, training, or senior representative role.
Proficient in CRM software, particularly with managing leads and opportunities.
Strong communication and presentation skills, able to engage clients via phone, email, and video.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
Exceptional time management and prioritization skills.
Comfortable navigating both strategic and tactical challenges in dynamic environments.
Ability to meet tight deadlines, adapt to shifting priorities, and balance short-term demands with long-term goals.
