Retail Data Reporting Analyst
Support the Retail team in achieving targeted Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and objectives through accurate data maintenance and effective analysis of key business reports.
This is a fixed-term contract for a period of 3-6 months only, available immediately for those with retail or forecourt experience and living locally or willing to commute.
Key Responsibilities:
* Data entry and product maintenance on various reports and retail systems.
* Improve data quality by accurately coding products and pricing.
* Maintain the product and price file continuously and accurately.
* Sales importing, reporting, and analysis.
* Invoice imports, coding, and checks.
* Ensure the quality and timeliness of all reports and files.
* Retail administration tasks.
* Support project work as required.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year's experience in a commercial administration role.
* Previous data entry and analysis experience, preferably in a retail environment with knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* A strong work ethic with a desire to take ownership and accountability.
* Strong attention to detail.
