Service Administrator / Co Ordinator
This is a permanent role requiring an experienced Service Administrator / Co Ordinator to ensure customer satisfaction by managing service appointments and providing accurate information about maintenance and repair needs.
Duties of the Role:
* Schedule service appointments efficiently, optimizing workshop capacity.
* Coordinate with technicians to relay customer concerns and ensure accurate diagnosis.
* Maintain clear communication with customers about the status of their vehicles, updates, and estimated completion times.
* Provide cost estimates and seek approval for repairs or additional work.
* Prepare detailed repair orders and invoices for customers.
* Maintain accurate records of service history and customer interactions.
* Process payments and handle billing inquiries.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience in a Service Advisor or similar role in the automotive industry is preferred.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
* Proficiency with service management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
