The role of catering assistant requires approximately 10-15 hours of work per week, distributed across a 2-day or 3-day rotation.
Shift times typically span from 8:00am to 2:00pm, with a half-day on Wednesdays.
The start date is contingent upon the return of Garda vetting disclosure.
The responsibilities include preparing a variety of food items such as rolls, wraps, ciabattas, pasta, and rice dishes.
Additionally, the role involves serving small breaks and lunch, as well as maintaining cleanliness standards.
Strong time management and organizational skills are essential for operating within strict break times.
Previous experience in catering and knowledge of HACCP protocols are highly advantageous but not mandatory.
