Job Description
As a Social Care Worker with our partner organisation, you will provide direct support to children in residential care, guided by their policies and procedures. This is an exciting opportunity to work in various services, including preparation for leaving care, dual occupancy, and separated children seeking international protection.
Responsibilities:
* Provide direct support to children in residential care, adhering to the client's policies and procedures.
* Work collaboratively with Social Care Workers to ensure the well-being and development of children.
* Be flexible and willing to work across all shifts, including days, nights, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements:
* Relevant Qualification in Social Care (minimum level 7).
* 2 years' experience within Social Care.
* Minimum 6 months working in the social care sector (placement experience considered).
* Full Clean Driver's License preferred.
* Knowledge of HIQA standards.
