Your New Role
General Administration Duties
* Answering telephone calls and taking messages.
* Referring callers to the appropriate colleagues.
* Preparing invoices and general correspondence.
* Creating flyers, forms, and VAT returns.
* Conducting stock takes and managing customer queries.
* Maintaining correspondence records and performing administrative tasks such as printing, photocopying, and filing.
* Managing SEAI Grant paperwork and ESB solar PV documentation.
* Scheduling room bookings for meetings and taking meeting minutes.
* Presenting company data efficiently and managing stock levels.
* Coordinating vendor relationships and raising purchase requests.
* Ensuring health and safety compliance on site.
* Assisting in the development and implementation of new workplace systems.
Requirements for Success
* Experience working with SEAI schemes.
* Accounting experience using SAGE or Coupa.
* First Aid certification.
* Human Resources/Payroll experience.
* Pricing experience.
* Previous receptionist or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in applications including Word, Excel, Adobe PDF, and Gmail.
* Excellent time management skills.
* Able to maintain accurate records and contribute positively as part of a team.
