Within the role you will drive innovation and play a vital role in our delivery of industry leading service and award-winning food.
You will play a pivotal role in supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the smooth functioning of the kitchen operations.
Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes while maintaining high culinary standards.
You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure the efficient execution of recipes and the overall quality of the food.

Chef de Partie Responsibilities: To arrive to work in time and in full uniform.
To adhere to all HACCP regulations regarding uniform, personal hygiene, food preparation, production, service and storage.
To carry out daily and weekly procedures, including temperature checks, food labelling/dating and storage.
To work with the head chef in menu planning and participate in the development of daily specials and new menu items.
To support the Head Chef with the implementation of stock controls, the importance of good stock management, and how this enables the kitchen to meet gross profit.
To ensure that dishes are prepared to the correct recipe and to the highest standard.
To ensure that all stocks are kept under optimum conditions and proper rotation is adhered while in refrigeration.
To minimize food waste and ensuring that any food waste is disposed of correctly.
To ensure that any anticipated shortages are communicated promptly to the Head Chef.
To ensure all dishes are served with correct garnish, portion size.
To ensure that your section is kept clean and tidy at all times with a full clean down of the section after service at the end of a shift.
To observe all Health and Safety rules and to ensure that safety of yourself, guests and work colleagues Liaise with Head Chef and Sous Chef for daily briefings and support the running of the kitchen on senior chef's days off.
Organise your station for a busy service and deliver a consistent quality product at speed.
To attend meetings and training as requested.
To carry out any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
