Cpl is expanding and seeks a talented and experienced Agency Recruiter to join our team in the Midlands or relocate there, focusing on building a perm/temp Commercial desk from scratch.

Key Responsibilities
* Build a personal book of business with all clients in the Midlands of Ireland.
* Focus primarily on a commercial desk.
* Meet or exceed target fees and KPIs by developing long-term client relationships.
* Source high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
* Develop, maintain, and manage client accounts.
* Identify new business opportunities within the sector by researching market trends and attending industry events.
* Take ownership of personal and professional development.
* Lead by example, ensuring that Cpl best practices and Core Values are demonstrated.
* Develop an in-depth knowledge of the industry sector and/or functional area.
* Contribute positively to social media platforms to drive networking, candidate identification, and develop client relations.
* Manage recruitment administration tasks, including contract negotiation, offer letters, and onboarding processes aligned to the client.
Requirements
* Previous Agency Recruitment experience - Essential.
* A strong track record of business development and meeting/exceeding targets.
* Effective communication and influencing skills with great energy and excellent presentation skills.
* Good IT skills.
* Ability to multitask and be delivery-focused.
* Motivated, hardworking, ambitious, resilient, and positive attitude.
* Customer-centric approach.
* Proficient in working independently.
* Open to qualifications; industry experience is more important.
* Knowledge of recruitment software and CRM systems.
