We are seeking a Social Care Manager to join our partner organisation, a provider of residential support services for young people and adults with disabilities and complex needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standard of care is delivered to service users, utilising a strengths-based approach.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement care plans that promote the well-being and independence of service users.
* Lead and manage a team of staff, providing guidance and supervision as required.
* Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with other professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements
* A Level 7 qualification in Social Care or Applied Social Studies (or equivalent).
* A management qualification suitable for a health/social care setting.
* At least 4 years of post-qualification full-time work experience in a social care setting.
