About the Role
Elevate offers clients tailored media solutions across four key channels -in store, outdoor, online & direct to consumer. As part of our commitment to staying ahead of market trends and providing exceptional value to our clients, we are seeking a Media Insights Manager to deliver cutting-edge insights and solutions that help our clients achieve their business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the growth of Elevates media business, ensuring revenues are maximised whilst adhering to agreed channel principles.
* Ongoing assessment of campaign performance and making recommendations to campaign enhancements.
* Build library of best in class & compelling insights that demonstrate media campaign effectiveness, using multiple data sets to include sales data, customer behaviour, and online awareness metrics.
* Utilisation of first party data in developing audience recommendations, working closely with Insights & Data and Analytics teams and cross-functional teams to determine campaign audiences, availability, timelines and delivery of standard and custom audiences.
* Develop strategies that align with client needs and market opportunities.
* Optimisation recommendations on tactics/placements, targeting/segmentation and messaging to meet specific campaign objectives.
* Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including research firms, industry associations, and vendors, to access additional market data and insights.
* Analyse activation benchmarks and continually update team on trends impacting audience reach in the changing digital landscape.
* Help monitor, analyse, and forecast a CPG's usage of audience packages.
* Assist in completing projects that increase team's efficiency and accuracy for providing customer insights.
* Stay abreast of best practices and innovations in media research and analytics and make recommendations for continuous improvement within the organisation.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, media studies, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
* 5+ years of experience in market research, media planning, advertising, or related roles within the FMCG industry.
* Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
* Experience with media research methodologies, including audience measurement, ad tracking, and campaign analysis.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distil complex information into actionable insights.
* Proficiency in use of data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar software.
* Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and influence decision-making at all levels of the organisation.
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of the media industry, including key players, market dynamics, and emerging trends.
* Ability to travel as needed for meetings, conferences, and industry events.
What We Offer:
We operate a Work Smart hybrid working model where you can alternate your time between connecting and collaborating in the business and working remotely. Occasional business travel to other locations will also be required.
The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum depending on experience.
