This Global Top Tier Law firm in Dublin 2 are recruiting a Payroll Specialist to join their team for a 12 month (fixed term) contract. Key Responsibilities:
1. Ownership and management of the monthly payroll processes for over 800 employees.
2. Coordinate monthly payroll amendments including joiners, leavers, and overtime with an outsourced payroll partner.
3. Generate and review monthly payroll reports ensuring data accuracy and timely submission.
4. Respond to payroll queries and manage the business relationship with the third-party payroll provider.
5. Drive improvements to monthly payroll processes.
6. Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees.
7. Collaborate with HR colleagues and Finance departments to ensure accurate employee data.
Key Skills and Requirements:
1. Minimum three years in a similar role, ideally managing end-to-end payroll processes.
2. Experience with customer service and secondments is advantageous.
3. Certified Payroll Technician (IPASS) or a Diploma in Payroll Management preferred.
4. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) & HRIS systems.
5. Excellent administration, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to meet tight deadlines and take ownership of tasks.
