Commercial Marketing Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate Commercial Marketing Manager to lead and oversee the development of vendor marketing plans, based upon market analysis, account priorities, and commercial objectives.
Job Summary:
This role is responsible for promoting our marketing services and pitching to leading tech brands to execute campaigns that enable business growth. Using analytics and communicating with our sales and account managers, you will identify improvement opportunities to ensure ROI is maximised and commercial challenges are addressed.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning & Vendor Income: Develop fully integrated strategic plans with vendors to drive commercial targets, manage all marketing budgets (with PMs and Account team) to ensure maximum exposure within accounts and campaigns deliver an ROI.
2. Partner Marketing Collaboration: Building relationships with customers to influence execution & unlock opportunities, develop strong relationships with partners, encouraging open, two-way communication channels.
3. Campaign Management: Clear alignment of channel creative to brand guidelines - both CMS and partner guidelines, monitoring activity to ensure partners execute per the agreed plans.
4. Stakeholder Engagement: Improving internal collaboration with key stakeholders, commercial, and product vendors, to lead and share best practice within the Marketing team and wider organisation.
Requirements:
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships, influence, persuade, and handle objections.
* Excellent presentation skills, commercial ability to produce marketing plans, business cases, and ROI on marketing spend.
* BSc or BA in a relevant field, 3-4 years B2B marketing experience, sales experience also highly desirable.
