Brooks Hotel, a newly renovated Four Star Boutique Hotel located on Drury Street just a few minutes from Grafton Street, seeks a full-time Head Concierge. The hotel operates at the higher end of the four-star market enjoying a great location in the city centre.
Main Duties Include:
* Assisting guests with recommendations for their time in Dublin - restaurants, pubs, tourist attractions, Irish tours, general knowledge.
* Leading and assisting the concierge team in the hotel.
* Assisting guests with luggage and taxis/transport if needed.
* Set up of meeting rooms/delivering teas and coffees to meeting rooms.
* Cleaning and maintaining the public areas - lobby, public toilets, etc.
* Security conscious at night, need to keep an eye on things in and around the hotel.
* Be willing to carry out many varied tasks in the role - so be able to multi-task.
Personal Qualities Required:
* Fluent in English.
* Knowledge of Dublin city including tourist sites and restaurants.
* Good at multitasking.
* Good at communication and building a rapport with guests.
* Fully flexible.
* Well presented.
* Good work ethic and welcoming to all guests!
