We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative who is fluent in both German and English to join their international customer support team.
This role is key to ensuring a seamless experience for international clients by delivering high-quality transaction processing and top-tier service.
Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for customer transaction support across global marketsProvide timely and accurate information regarding stock availability and pricingProcess orders received via phone, email, fax, or online platformsEnsure order accuracy and issue prompt, professional confirmations to customersMonitor and manage SAP system delivery dates to optimise shipments and reduce costsIdentify and manage backorders or out-of-stock items, offering alternatives when possibleCollaborate with internal departments including Sales, Technical, Engineering, and Pricing to resolve queriesEscalate any potential issues or irregularities to managementParticipate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiativesSupport a positive, collaborative team cultureGain in-depth knowledge of internal systems and customer base (SAP, CRM tools, Office365, etc.
