Training Coordinator
This position supports the manufacturing site.
* Training Coordinator Portfolio Management:
o Determine solutions regarding learning gaps and define requirements for personnel qualification in assigned business areas/functions.
o Create, revise, and implement training and related documents.
o Evaluate effectiveness of existing and planned learning interventions.
o Oversee portfolio of projects to ensure on-time, on-budget creation of deliverables that meet quality standards.
* Client Management:
o Analyze/understand assigned business areas/functions and monitor client satisfaction of learning program implementation.
o Share results with management and make recommendations.
o Surface improvement opportunities within Training Compliance.
* Curriculum Architecture and Assignment:
o Identify target audiences for specific learning interventions and create duty-aligned curricula with business partners.
o Troubleshoot curriculum architecture and assignment and resolve issues.
* Instructor Delivery:
o Ensure internal instructor/facilitator qualification process is executed.
Requirements:
* Experience in technical writing.
* Demonstrated program/project management skills.
* Experience with learning & development and SOP business processes.
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year.
