This position combines leadership of our ambitious business intelligence (BI) and data strategy with oversight of internal IT operations and infrastructure.
This programme will support Centric Health's work to leverage data to deliver clinical insights, enhance business intelligence, and drive operational performance - delivering impact to our clinical, academic, and operational divisions. The successful candidate will ensure these teams are equipped with the necessary data architecture, management systems, and analytical tools as well as appropriate governance and security processes.
Alongside this, the role will manage outsourced IT services, vendor relationships, the internal helpdesk, and security operations-ensuring reliable IT service delivery and a secure digital environment across the organisation.
This role will lead the IT and data analytics teams and work closely with the Executive Management Team.
As Centric Health continues to expand into European markets, including The Netherlands and Germany, the role will also involve providing oversight of IT strategies for our international subsidiaries.

Flexible working Key Responsibilities will include the following:
Data Architecture & Infrastructure Design and manage a scalable, secure, and integrated data ecosystem.
Lead data infrastructure to optimise analytics, AI, reporting, automation, and other data-driven initiatives.
Engage with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate business questions into actionable analytics projects.
Define and implement the long-term BI strategy.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior BI team members, ensuring they follow best practices and grow in their roles.
Keep abreast of the latest trends and tools in data analytics and AI, ensuring that the team leverages the best and most relevant technologies and methodologies.
IT Management Ownership of all IT operational maintenance activities to be performed on Centric infrastructures.
Oversee outsourced IT services, ensuring high-performance and cost-effective technology management.
Provide IT direction, ensuring infrastructure, and security align with business goals.
Supervise in-house IT service desk and infrastructure operations, ensuring seamless user support.
Manage IT budget, vendor relationships, and service agreements.
Cybersecurity & Compliance Update, manage and raise awareness of Technology Security Requirements, Baselines, Standards.
Contribute to compliance with healthcare data regulations including GDPR.
Ensure cybersecurity best practices are in place to protect data and IT systems.
Manage risk, incident response, and compliance.
Maintain robust disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Key Skills & Experience 3+ years of experience in IT management.
7+ years of experience in combination of advanced data analysis, data architecture, and governance: - data analysis toolsets, such as SAS, PowerBI, Tableau, Snowflake - machine learning toolsets such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch or - cloud platforms, particularly Azure, SQL, and ETL.
Experience with healthcare IT systems (EHRs, PMS, clinical analytics) and regulatory frameworks a plus. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business functions.
