Job Description:
Your new company is an animal nutrition company seeking an Export Documentation Controller to join their busy exports team.
The role is permanent and based full-time on site in Ringaskiddy, due to the growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all orders from distributors and customers, confirming order details, handling issues, and providing shipping updates.
* Process and maintain export documentation for auditing and traceability.
* Communicate with various teams, including Sales, Production, Planning, Quality, and Finance, to ensure orders are processed efficiently and accurately.
* Liaise with freight forwarders to dispatch orders on schedule and negotiate the best prices for freight services.
Requirements
* 3-5 years of experience in the export process environment and a customer service-facing role.
* Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple shipments simultaneously, and have knowledge of Incoterms.
* Precision, attention to detail, and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* High-level verbal and written communication skills, professional manner, and excellent administrative abilities.
* Strong planning and scheduling skills, proficiency in MS Suite (especially Excel), and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central ERP system is advantageous.
* Time management skills, ability to use initiative in resolving issues, and maintaining strict confidentiality.
