Deli Manager required for busy store in Dublin City Centre.
The ideal candidate for this role will be someone with excellent communication skills who thrives on coaching, mentoring and leading a team to always challenge and better themselves.

Duties:
1. Responsible for overall performance and running of the Deli.
2. Responsible for the ordering and stocktakes.
3. Ensuring a culture of excellent customer service is maintained.
4. Planning and prioritising workloads and delegating accordingly.
5. Recruitment, scheduling and managing performance of team.
6. Driving a culture of continuous improvement amongst the team.
7. Ensuring high store standards of cleanliness and compliance with health & safety.

8. Minimum two years deli/ management experience.
