Job Description YOUR ROLE We are looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead and manage analytics projects, ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality delivery. The role involves risk management, stakeholder communication, and overseeing BI Programme BAU backlog and resource planning. Key Responsibilities of the role: Lead and manage the risk, quality and progress of analytics projects in accordance with organisational procedures. Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, to standard, and within agreed scope. Plan and manage the implementation of organisation-wide processes and procedures, tools and techniques for the identification, assessment, and management of risk inherent in the operation of business processes and of potential risks arising from planned ICT- enabled change. Leading SteerCo meetings and efficiently managing the overall Programme RAID Manage stakeholder relationships, including communication with C-level stakeholders during critical project phases. Manages the overall BI Programme BAU backlog and resource planning to ensure the seamless delivery demands in parallel to core projects. Developing and managing a robust governance structure Skills & Requirements YOUR PROFILE 7+ years of extensive professional experience in their specialised field. 5+ years' Project Management experience, of which 3 years must be at a Senior PM role; Strong theoretical base in subject area, with ability to apply best practice principles to the subject matter context. Acts as the senior responsible person on major client engagements. Experience in leading complex projects/programmes. Responsible for leading a high performing team of professionals, including the ability to coordinate contributions of other specialists to complete a joint project. Demonstrated knowledge of BI and data analytics projects and how to successfully complete these projects. Possesses an appropriate level of communication (written, verbal and technical) and organisational skills which are required, through English to fulfil this role.
