You will be responsible for the following:
* People Management, Mentoring and Training
* Staff Rotas
* Deliver outstanding quality, service and store profitability
* Branding and advertising
* Reporting and metrics
* Logistics
* Inventory control
* Internal staff meetings
What Skills You Need for this Takeout Store Manager Job
* Written and spoken fluent English
* A relevant Food Qualification or Degree is a strong advantage
* Previous experience working as a Team Leader or Supervisor or Assistant Manager in hospitality, food or retail
* Experience of opening and closing store
* Experience in supervising staff
* Experience in operations
* Experience in reporting and costings
* Must be living within commutable distance to Drogheda
* Must have up to date EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa to be applicable for this role
