Finance Systems Manager
A challenging two-year contract opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Financial Systems Manager to join our international not-for-profit organisation based in Dublin.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the continued rollout of financial systems across our global offices, driving system and process improvements in finance operations.
This is an exciting opportunity for an accountant with strong financial systems implementation experience to take ownership of a high-profile project.
Key Responsibilities:
* Continue the rollout of the current finance system (PSF) across offices
* Conduct thorough assessments and document existing financial processes across the organisation
* Lead on the implementation of process improvements, simplification of processes, and identification of opportunities for automation and digital transformation within the finance function
* Develop and implement tools for finance teams across the organisation to assist with finance reporting, budgeting, and process improvements
* Manage the implementation of systems upgrades
Requirements:
* Hands-on experience of systems implementation
* Accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA)
* 3-5 years at a senior finance level
* Up-to-date knowledge of current financial and accounting computer applications
* Strong knowledge of Excel and other reporting tools
