Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily food preparation and ensure all dishes meet the property's quality standards.
2. Collaborate closely with the Head Chef to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth service.
3. Lead kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef, ensuring service runs seamlessly.
4. Manage and inspire the kitchen team, fostering teamwork and maintaining a positive and efficient environment.
5. Maintain full knowledge of menu items, recipes, production methods, and presentation.
6. Adhere to HACCP guidelines, ensuring all food is prepared and stored at the correct temperatures.
7. Operate kitchen equipment and report any issues promptly.
8. Create an open, secure, and friendly working atmosphere that encourages communication and collaboration.
