Key Responsibilities
* SUPPORT THE STORE MANAGER IN OVERSEEING DAY-TO-DAY STORE OPERATIONS
* TARGET-DRIVEN APPROACH TO KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
* MOTIVATE AND DEVELOP THE STORE TEAM
* MAINTAIN EXCELLENT SHOP FLOOR PRESENTATION
* ENSURE ADEQUATE STOCK LEVELS ARE ALWAYS MAINTAINED
* DELIVER CONSISTENTLY HIGH-QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE
Requirements
* You have completed secondary education or equivalent qualification
* A minimum of 2 years of management experience in a fast-paced environment
* A full driving license
* A passion for working in a dynamic, varied setting with targets and deadlines
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* The flexibility to work varying shift patterns
* Prior experience as an Assistant Store Manager is preferred but not essential, provided you possess the right attitude
