About the Role
We are seeking a Finance Assistant to join our dedicated accounting team at our Derry City office.
* Review and verify invoices for accuracy, ensuring they match purchase orders and receiving reports.
* Enter invoice details into the accounting system and maintain accurate records.
* Process payments and address supplier inquiries.
* Reconcile accounts payable transactions.
* Generate reports and assist with accounts receivable duties as needed.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* At least 2 years' experience in a similar position.
* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
* A strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* The ability to work effectively in a team environment and on your own initiative.
