Location: Blackrock, County Dublin
A regulatory body is seeking an Administrator to join their Registrations team on a temporary basis. This organisation is responsible for maintaining high standards in performance and training across their sector as well as providing membership services. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing applications for both new and existing professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Processing applications for registration of international and domestic candidates.
2. Following registration workflows and accurately processing checks in line with policies and frameworks.
3. Maintaining registration records and databases.
4. Identifying and escalating operational and quality issues to the relevant managers
5. Contributing to development of processes and procedures across the department.
6. Implementing and following QA processes.
Requirements:
7. At least 1 year of administration experience, in a busy office environment with clear processes to follow.
8. Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, including advanced level skills in MS Teams, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint, and at least intermediate level skills in Excel.
9. Ability to work both independently and as part of a busy team.
