Providing Strategic Leadership in relation to People, Culture & EDI in conjunction with the HR Managers and the Vice President (VP) EDI. The successful candidate will work at a senior level providing proactive support, advice and solutions in relation to People, Culture and EDI.
They will be responsible for the development of a human resources strategy, which will address people management, staff development and cultural priorities in order to support the University's strategy.
The successful candidate will demonstrate sound judgement and decision making, and have a track record in positively driving change, developing culture and employee engagement and EDI.
Reporting to the relevant Senior Vice-President, the Vice President of People, Culture & EDI will be responsible for enabling the implementation of the strategic objectives contained in the University's Strategic Plan 2023 - 2028 "Connecting for Impact".
