Job Description
The Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor is a critical role responsible for directing and coordinating all technical and maintenance activities in support of production.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives through on-going assessment of equipment issues and reliability.
* Apply effective methods of preventative and corrective maintenance to ensure resource deployment is efficient.
* Develop and track departmental KPIs to measure equipment and maintenance performance.
* Champion asset condition management through the use of new technologies.
* Supervise employees, allocate work, and coordinate training.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or recognised equivalent.
* Minimum 8+ years' experience in an Engineering/Maintenance Leadership role, preferably within Life Science, Medical Device, and/or Pharmaceutical Industry.
* Experience or qualification in Reliability Engineering an advantage.
* Trades qualified an advantage.
