We are currently recruiting an experienced Overnight Manager, responsible for overall hotel operations to join a 4* Hotel in Dublin. The role will require the effective and efficient management of all night-time operations, coordinating all daily activities in the hotel during your shift.
Requirements
1. Experience in managing busy night-time 4/5* hotel operations, in reception, outlets, and room service.
2. Candidates need experience managing setups for conferences, meetings, and events.
3. Front office training and night audit experience is needed; full training in this area is an absolute requirement.
4. Must display effective leadership, mature decision-making, and team management abilities.
5. Reliable, committed, motivated, and above all, a professional person required.
6. A positive attitude, a “can do” approach, and a keen eye for standards and attention to detail are required.
7. Ideal candidate with 2-3 years of night management experience in a 4* hotel in Ireland preferred. 100+ rooms hotel only.
8. Work permit is not available for this role as it is available for immediate interview; full legal status to work in Ireland is required.
9. Previous 4* hotel night management experience is required; no need to apply if you have not been in the job previously.
Responsibilities
1. Manage daily operations and coordinate all areas of the hotel, including front office, outlets, and events.
2. Lead and guide the team as required during shifts, monitoring grounds, front and back of house areas, security, etc.
3. Ensure the highest standards of hotel presentation, cleanliness, and hygiene prevail.
4. Observe all hotel opening/closing procedures, including managing EHO protocols.
5. Provide leadership for your team and facilitate a friendly and safe environment for all guests and staff.
