Summary
The Facilities Lead will be responsible for ensuring the site facilities are in place to meet current and future business needs.
Detailed Description
Daily checks on:
1. Compressors and associated dryers
2. Generator and UPS
3. Sprinkler systems
4. Air Handling Units and Building management controls
5. Cleanroom environment, temperature, humidity and pressure controls and limits
6. DI water systems, nitrogen system and helium systems
7. Fire alarm system, intruder alarm system and extraction system
8. Escorting contractors ensuring safe work practices and procedures are followed on site, servicing critical equipment, reporting issues and documenting all records (e.g., pest control, filter changes, BMS changes)
9. Keeping auditable records in both soft and hard copy of all maintenance on plant, presenting to management on recommendations for improvement
10. Manage the complete asset list to support the business unit
Requirements
* Basic awareness of computer technology and mechanical aptitude desirable
* The ability to work effectively within teams and also able to work on your own initiative
* Detail oriented to ensure all documentation is completed correctly and within the appropriate guidelines
* Ability to follow instruction/direction and follow procedures
* Must be flexible, being able to work in different areas as required by the team leader
* Must be able to carry out shift work as required by the current business requirements
* Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
* Good time management & prioritizing your workload
Typical Experience
* Experience in dealing with customers & developing good customer relations
* Previous work experience, ideally in either a facilities environment or a GMP manufacturing situation
